Prologue
Three weeks after the death of Light Yagami people all over the world still fear and even respect Kira. Crime rates still drop to about 15% most law enforcement still choose to follow Kira's will and kill the suspect on sight but Near also known as N tries to get law enforcement back to how it was before Kira and convince the people of the world that Kira is dead. Out of nowhere in a single day the police reported 37 deaths all by heart attacks is this the doing of Kira?
