Staring Ino Yamanaka and Sai this the the beginning of the series The Root and The Flower.It is a couple spin-off from the naruto tv show simply about the many couples and how the evil sakura haruno who is lonely tries to split them apart.

1. Chapter 1

Chapter one—A maidens lucky day!

Early in the morning,about 7:30,am, beautiful blonde awakened staring out her knew it was a new morning for her to start fresh and she could'nt be late for work.

At 9:30,the blonde(known as ino)is heading out the door with a cup of coffee in her hand ready for the her work is now over at 3:00,she heads out to the library to borrow some books to read. Borrowing the books and getting her check as to when to return it,she smiles politely and says "thankyou."Heading home running as fast as she could so she can read the books,she bumps into somebody and falls,leaving her books on the ground confused as to why that then a very familiar voice says "are you okay ino?" and ino,looked up at the pale emotionless faced boy,blushing as hard as she blushed he threw on a fake smile and helped her up.

Sai?but why him??w-why?!

"Y-yeah im alright nothing wrong haha"was the quick respond she gave him. Boy how dumb she felt!But sai bought the act saying ok. "Are you free ino?"At that statement she thought she was about to die buried in love. -Well-u-uhh—im free!was the response the blonde gave Can you follow me to my house to see my drawings?he said. -Sure why not!said ino.
