I've Been Waiting
He should be here by now! I had been waiting in this human diner for an hour, and the scents were all haunting me. I had wishes to not feed on them, though it was in my nature. For I had visions of a way of life different than mine at present, and to begin this life, I must stay in here without disturbing it's occupants. Though hard, I must, seeing as that path would just cause mayhem that may prevent me from true love walking in here.
Because, of course, that's why I'm here. I foretold that a young southern gentleman would enter. He was undoubtedly handsome, with his golden hair and southern drawl. I knew he would fall in love with me. It was inevitable. We would go together to find this coven of vampires, these people who would be our friends throughout our existence. So, I had gone to find him, and waited for a while in this little place, knowing he would come.
I spent most of my time thinking of the little group I had seen. There was a blond haired one, the leader; a motherly one; one who had good looks, with her blond hair and a permanent scowl; a huge, friendly one; and someone who had bronze colored hair and played piano. Then, me and my precious Jasper, the one I was waiting for.
The door opened then, blowing a gust of wind towards me. I hopped off my stool and deserted the useless drink I had ordered. I 'rushed' (in a human sense) towards the new arrival to the room. He looked every bit as wonderful as I envisioned, with his fair hair and maroon eyes, and he looked up towards me.
"You've kept me waiting," I said.
At that, he bowed his head, and said in that delightful accent of his, "I'm sorry, ma'am."
I giggled, and walked him out of the restaurant. We could continue our conversation outside. When we were out, I stopped him.
"You're going to fall in love with me."
He looked bewildered, and told me, "My name's-" I cut him off then stated, "I know who you are, Jasper Whitlock. I can see visions of the future. Follow me." He did as I asked, though quite confused, and while we were running, I explained where we were going.
"There's a family, people who have found a way to live without harming people. We've got to find them. We can live with them!" Although skeptical, he followed me in my journey to find these Cullens.
