She is falling,
swimming,
Then it all stops.
She hears birds and looks up to see parts of tree tops.
Peaceful,
Feudal,
Japan.
A hand reaches down, she jumps up and grabs on tight.
She is pulled up, only to be surrounded by sunlight.
She climbs onto a back
In search of a Jewel.
Just one rule: Hang on.
He runs like thunder
Past trees and by villages.
She points to where the shards would be
Her hand dangles where his heart would be.

He softens up and hugs her tight
This occured after their flight
They said their names as soft as a whisper.
Soon his tough shell began to loosen.
A monk clears his throat,
A Kitsune acts as if he'll choke,
The raven haired girl blushed
But the hanyou just turned away with a very silent sigh.
The girl whispered, "too much pride."
Then they were back again on their search.

I wrote that before I knew about Sango. So Sango fans..Please don't hurt me x.x I didn't know how to fit her in. So I kept it as is..
A lot of rhyming huh? Well Inu-Yasha came out a while ago..And like I wasn't the greatest at poetry back then..Okay so I still suck! Jeeez. Make me put the disclaimer now this..
