What ever you do, DO NOT look up. It will be following behind you, no matter how much you want to turn around or scream. Don't. If someone approaches you, ignore them.
They are not humans. They disguise themselves as one of us, they are hallucinations. Do not look them in the eye. If one of them touches you, run. It will follow behind you once you start running, whatever you do, don't stop.

Keep running, it's just a hallucination that "It" is playing in your head. The Churches cannot help you.

An exorcism cannot help you,
For it is all in your head. It isn't real.
You cannot fight off something that doesn't exist.
Those who have encountered this have never been born. Demons fear of it themselves. The King of Hell will not allow it into his realm. Your prayers to God will not be answered.
