Reunion
A/N: Okay, I just made this because I suddenly felt like writing a little something. I know it's not much but I thought I would upload it anyway, since I haven't updated any stories for a while -.-
I'm very! busy with school at the moment (as stated in my profile) and I probably won't be able to update regularly any time soon… But! I haven't forgotten my stories so don't fear, I'll be back eventually ^^
Enjoy reading.
Hands searched desperately for each other and fingers intertwined before either of them knew what had happened
He was cold, stoic – and even so analyzing every soft curve across her face
She was warm, filled to the brim with emotions – searching the green cores of his eyes when he didn't speak
Neither of them dared to break the silence
Not because they didn't know what to say, but because silence was a blessing in their otherwise loud and chaotic world
Eyes spoke for them.
He didn't flinch when a soft smile grazed her lips
Didn't look away when happiness and relief painted her otherwise worried expression
It hurt to look so closely at the sun, but even so, he felt like it was this moment he had lived for
The moment where she would finally open her 'heart' to him
And even so, he couldn't be satisfied by only her heart
It was selfish
Every red lock of hair belonged to him, all the smiles that grazed her lips belonged to him, and every word that danced from her throat and rolled across her tongue belonged to him
He had to have it all
Had to have her everything
He was surprised that she didn't react when he held her close
Didn't shove him away when he tried to claim her in his own way
No, she only inhaled slowly and surrendered herself
Surrendered to a dark creature of despair and agony
His claws dug lightly onto her sides – the massive wings hiding them from onlookers when he bend down to run a tongue slowly against the exposed area between her neck and collarbone
She shivered, burying small fingers in black locks of hair
His teeth grazed ever so slightly the sensitive area – her skin and scent overwhelming all of his senses in such a manner that it scared him
They stood like that for many long moments
Him, marking his territory and her, complying with every animalistic need his heart desired
Time stood still
It was only them
Them, and a world that would never understand the desires of a hollow heart being filled to the brim
