AN: Post season 3 finale. Surprise.

Disclaimer: Don't own Once or Frozen. Lol.

Cold. It was so cold. I shut my eyes, trying so hard to resist opening them after what seemed like hours. Cold, icy water swooshed around me, wrapping its liquid arms around my frozen body. The portal threw me this way and that, and I knew I was traveling through realms, heading to the future; yet it hurt so much. My arms closed around me, feeling icy water prickle my skin and the negative degrees freeze my bones.

Then something happened. Time seemed to stop. Water started swirling around me, creating a maelstrom. My head was spinning, my arms were spread out like wings. And then the water crashed. I knelt down, catching the ground. I made it. The old barn doors spread out before me as my vision cleared. And the water began to gather up within the enchanted circle, drifting towards my invisible frame. I stood up, feeling coming back to my bones, my hair put back into place like a feather, my dress gently flowing down my body. I smiled.

My right hand gently worked my glove on the left hand, easily taking it off.

Ice instantly burst from my fingertips.

"Still works," I whisper to myself in amazement. Well that went better than expected.

I smirk as I glance back to the barn doors, stepping out from the center of the rare and powerful circle. Walking away, I wasn't thinking about Arendelle, or Anna, or the life I had created through smiles and lies. I wasn't thinking about Jack or the fact that I never said goodbye and where I was going. I wasn't even thinking how I was going to start this conversation.

All I could think about was a brunette with a devilish smile and pain-in-the-ass timing.
