Rini x Helios
Every night Rini looks for Helios in her dreams.
Hoping to one day see him again in her own timeline. She sleeps till the sun comes up.
"Helios." She calls. No answer.
She longs to see him again.
A few years have gone by but she still looks the same.
"Helios." She calls again. She has been waiting for him this whole time.
She will wait even longer to just see him once again. just one more time.
"Helios!" She calls desperately out to him. Hoping to hear her cry.
"Please! I want to see you! I want to talk to you! I want to touch, to feel your warmth!" She says.
"I love you!" She cries out. Tears began to fall.
Even in a dream she still cries.
"Rini." Says a voice.
Rini looks all around her.
"Helios?" She calls.
"Rini." Says the voice again but softer.
Rini get's her hopes up again.
Helios! Are you here? Please come out and see me. I want to see you." She calls out.
"Rini." Once more. "I'm always right here with you."
Rini turns around and there stands...Helios.
"Helios!" Rini shouts running into his arms.
"Hello my dear one." He says to her.
Rini cries while hugging him.
"I missed you. I really missed you." She says.
"I know. I'm sorry. I had to rebuild all the dreams after Nehelenia, and her dark powers, I needed to fix what she did. I'm sorry it took me so long." he tells her.
Rini shakes her head. "It doesn't matter anymore! I'm glad your here. My dear Helios." She smiles.
"There's that sweet and bright smile." Helios smiles back.
"Are you here to stay?" Rini asks.
"I'm sorry. But I need to get back. I heard you cry and came to see you." He told her.
Rini shed a few more tears before wiping them away. "Then promise me you'll come and visit me. When I sleep. I always dream of you." She says.
"I promise. But I must go now. I'll see you again. My dear dreamer." He kissed her head. "Till we meet again." He whispered.
Rini watched him vanish. Tears fell but she wore a smile.. "Till we meet again...my love. Helios." She says.
"My Rini." Helios says before she wakes up.
"Rini?" Called the queen.
'Mother."
"Are you alright? I heard you calling out."
Rini smiles. "I'm fine mother. I just saw someone. We made a promise is all." She tells her.
The queen sighs with relief.
"How about some ice cream." Says the king.
"Ice cream!" Rini jumps out of bed and runs downstairs.
"Helios. He must have..." The queen said.
"Yes. I think he made her more happy. She does love him." The king smiles. "Better than any other boy." He adds.
The queen laughs. "Oh my. Let's go then." They go downstairs after her and all eat Ice Cream.
