In every universe, it is an accepted fact that eventually the odds will catch up to a person. In most cases, it was humorous, though usually only in a small amount. But, who ever came up with the philosophy, had never been around Naruto. For when the odds finally caught up with him, they caught him good.

All around him, his friends watched in both horror and amusement as the blond shinobi tried his best to fix a worsening situation. He was gripping a girl his age on the shoulders and gently shaking her while saying, "Ne, ne, you okay?"

The young girl opened one eye, took one look at him and fainted dead away, again.

His surrounding friends laughed at the split-second look on her face when she realized who was holding her.

"Hey, do you think we should stop him?" Ino asked Sakura as they watched their friend continue to shake the object of his current attention.

"No," Sakura responded, collapsing into a fit of giggles. "This is too funny. We should've warned her though."

Ino nodded, giggling herself, as they watched Hinata awaken and then faint again for the fourteenth time.
