Morning arose a new waiting to join a certain ash and his Pikachu by fates fateful head ash rests his head. He was unable to sleep a wink so to speak he woke from shock to the no sound from his alarm clock. He ran and dashed faster than his mom could utter the word ash he was off to professor oaks lab. "Professor I am here! Sorry I am late… I was up all night thinking of what Pokémon to choose." Confidently ash walked up to the 3 empty poke balls thinking he knew what lye in his wake and for sake he was late. "Ash I would choose a Pokémon called early bird catches the worm … "before he could mention that the only one left was a feisty Pikachu. Ash opened all three poke balls choosing charmander, squirtle and bulbasaur. "Professor is there any Pokémon left for me?" he asked. "Why yes ash there is but I am not quite sure…" the professor drifted in his words trying to phrase the difficulties correctly. "I do not care what Pokémon you have I will take it! A beginning trainer needs a starter Pokémon so I can begin my Pokémon journey. I am up for any challenge! After all I am going to become the greatest Pokémon master." Professor oak did not what to do but offer him his last and only a Pokémon named Pikachu. "Well ash there is one more Pokémon left... "Oak presses a button as the last poke ball arises up and oak releases the Pokémon inside. "This herewith ash is a Pikachu… so take good care of it if you please." Ash smiles and holds the Pikachu in his hands with first time awe. Pikachu had other plans for their climatic meeting and let me tell you it tis a shocking one. That is because Pikachu ended up you know zapping him with all he had as if Pikachu were god of thunder. Ash felt a thousand lightning bolts for his very first time and consider this a trait of having an electric type. Basically hoping that will be the first and last time. Pikachu has yet to begun to toy with ash's emotions that was just the meet and greet performance a mere warm up if you will. "Be careful ash! Pikachu is very sensitive. Wish you the best of luck!" Ash was thinking in his head "yeah right, professor oak you do not have to raise this feisty electric ticking time bomb of a Pokémon." He looked at Pikachu as Pikachu looked at him they faced the opposite direction in a huff as they left the lab to meet his mother down the stairs. "Mom what are you doing here?" he asked. "Oh is that your new Pokémon it's so cute! How are you doing Pikachu?" she said as she began to pet Pikachu. "Ummm mom I would not do that if I were you" he began to utter. He saw that Pikachu did not seem to mind her as he enjoyed himself to affection and free loving care. Like a cat getting pet Pikachu dove right into the pet happily. Ash was really annoyed by the fact that his Pokémon did not respect him as his master and treated everyone but him well. Why did he have to get stuck with such a difficult Pokémon he thought? "Ash don't forget your clean underwear! I took the liberty of packing your things. Make sure to change regularly and don't forget…" before she could yammer on about the ever growing list of hygiene. "Mom it's okay I will be fine." Ash's mom handed him his things. "I guess you're right. Oh ash, you're growing up so fast! So hurry up and run along now Pokémon master. Do us proud! We the people of pallet town are cheering for you!" Ash begins to walk away as he sees Gary and his girlfriend's pull up. "Need a lift ashy boy… such a loser," Gary said as he pulled away laughing the whole way. "OH THAT GARY! I AM ..GOING TO … BEAT YOU" he screamed chasing the car as fast as he can. "Wait ash! Do not forget your pokedex and poke balls you will need them on your journey. Now run along now safe travels!" Oak managed to say as he waved goodbye to Ash. "Well Pikachu I guess it's just you and me."
