My Life's Treasure
My dear you are perfect, yet so imperfect
For years, you have occupied that same spot
Your skin is so pure, yet filled with scars,
You are a whole being made of parts
The seams that hold you together are visible
The dreams you live in are borrowed as well
You move- come to life before my eyes
Be slow with your movements, for you will fall apart
I will always be here to put you back again
as you were
My perfect, imperfect angel,
Stay where you are, you are to last forever
As I close my eyes for the first time today
I realize only you, and not I, are to stay put,
Time halts still for you
Be not in a haste to go, you are eternal
My perfect doll of rags, princess of old and new
Do not move, as the darkness comes for me,
Over my eyes
Please do not cry,
No creation of mine shall show such emotions
For that quick blow you have given me,
Red stains you, and my life runs like a river out of me
Goodbye forever, my beloved Rag doll
My Dear Master
From the moment I awoke on that cold metal slab,
Your face was all I saw,
You were so young
Where did the time go? It wasn't long until you grew
I have stayed by your side as you became a man
And have continued to do so after many more years
You have become weak, you have grown agile
While I, myself, stay young and never changed
You replace my parts and create me anew
I am sorry to say, but I do not require a companion,
You are all I need
To see that you live forever with me ,
I will mold you in my image
As my one and only king,
My companion, my friend, my love
FOREVERMORE
