"That's such a dumb idea!" Patricia threw a pillow at Eddie and laughed.
"No! It's funny. Every good couple has to have something funny they always do!"
She rolled her eyes and giggled. "Fine." Patricia stood up and went to get some notebook paper and a pen. She wrote down the alphabet, one letter on each line.
Eddie started talking confidently. "Okay, so for each letter, there's a word or a phrase to go with it. It's a language, but since we're going to be apart all summer, we can use this to IM, even if our parents are in the room."
"Actually, this does sound kinda fun."

"Oh that's right." Eddie added. "We forgot some." Patricia laughed and asked what, but Eddie hushed her. He wrote,

Patricia silently looked at what Eddie had written. She knew that 143 was the texting way to say I love you, and now, it was theirs.
