Pairing: Neville Longbottom x Hannah Abbott

Hannah stood in the Kitchen and put the finished touches on dinner. Tonight was her one year anniversary with Neville. They had started their relationship during what was supposed to be their seventh year at Hogwarts. They had teamed up and worked together to keep the younger years calm. Neville had stepped up and became a strong leader for the students that still attended the school and Hannah did her best to offer what little help she could during the hard time that was filled with death and destruction. But through the darkness was blanketed their lives that year and small sliver of light broke through and that was the relationship that blossomed between the two.
"Hannah?" a deep masculine voice called out and Hannah smiled. She turned off the stove and walked towards the front of the house.
"In here!" she called out just as she entered the living room.
"It smells great in here" Neville said as he approached his girlfriend and gave her a soft kiss.
"I hope you don't mind we're staying in tonight? I know it's a special occasion, but I don't really want to spend our special night surrounded by strangers."
"No, No, that-that's fine" Neville stuttered, and Hannah frowned when it seemed Neville shifted back towards the nervous first-year boy that she had met on the train.
"Are you alright?" she asked, "Did something happen at work?"
"No. I'm fine. Everything's fine. Life is fine" he rambled.
"O-kay" she drawled and turned away from her boyfriend and tried to ignore the odd behaviour.
Hannah set the table and was just plating the food when Neville came back downstairs after having had a shower and changed his clothes. She sat down opposite her boyfriend and poured them both some wine.
"Happy anniversary" Hannah said softly, and Neville echoed the sentiment.
As they began to eat their meal Hannah noticed that Neville seemed distracted, he offered only one or two-word answers and she began to worry.
"Alright Neville. What's going on?"
"What?" Neville said surprised, "Nothing, everything's fine"
"No, it's not. You're barely talking and you're not eating" she exclaimed and pointed towards his barely touched steak.
"I'm eating" Neville exclaimed and proceeded to shove a too-large piece of steak into his mouth and his cheeks bulged and he had a hard time chewing.
Hannah grimaced in disgust and stood up from the table. She didn't want to argue with her boyfriend, so she was removing herself form the situation to calm down. Neville was acting so un-Neville like. It almost seemed like he would rather be anywhere but with her tonight.
"Hannah" Neville called out and she looked over her shoulder to see a contrite looking Neville.
Hannah sighed and walked back towards the table, "What's going on?"
"I'm sorry. I'm distracted. I've got a lot on my mind"
"What's going on? You know you can talk to me about anything"
"Yeah, I know"
"So, what's going on?"
"Can you please sit back down?"
"Why? Just tell me what's going on?"
"Fine, I'll do this standing" Neville said and stood up from his seat and walked towards the annoyed blonde. He reached out to grab her hand, but Hanna shook him off.
"Come on Neville, you're starting to worry me"
"I'm sorry. I don't mean to" Neville apologized and reached out once more towards Hannah's hand only to be rejected once more.
"Take my hand" Neville groaned in frustration and reached out again.
"What? Why?" Hannah asked and crossed her arms against her chest and frowned at the boy.
"I'm trying to ask you to marry me, so take my damn hand" he ground out and dropped to one knee and held out his hand.
