Futurama Introduction
Hi my name is ? and I am new to the whole fan fiction community and I have no idea how long be doing it. To start off I will be writing fan fiction for futurama in honor of it being the best animated sitcoms. Before I begin writing I would like to make one comment on the series final. Some of you would believe that the events in Meanwhile left the series in an endless loop and I explain my reason against that.
There are a few unresolved storylines such as Leela's involvement as the other.
The creators have told us that they have more stories with the possibility of never airing.
On the chance that the series does get picked up by another network, they wouldn't end the series with an endless time loop.
So there is the truth, please note this to other fans to help break this issue. Now onwards to fan fiction.
I am attempting to write at least 2 stories this year, I am telling you now so you know what to expect.
For my first fan fiction I will try to write it exactly like an episode transcript. The first fanfic will take place after the events of Meanwhile.
The first story will begin with the planet express crew discussing their lives in high school (exchanging class photos and yearbooks) meanwhile the professor invents a teleportation pad similar to one in Nazi Zombies (awesome game by the way). The invention works at first but malfunctions causing the crew to live their lives as average teens in high school, 2013 with their previous memories replaced by new ones. The characters will be put in the positions of classic social groups.
Fry will be the class dumbass who would rather make the good times last with his friends.
Bender would be the typical high school bad boy, like Michel Bender from the Breakfast Club.
Leela would be the student with the well balanced lifestyle, so normal, really.
Amy- Cheerleader with questionable weight loss methods.
Hermes-The class nerd.
Professor- Teacher
Scruffy the janitor
Zapp- Team Captain of the football team
Kiff- Water boy
Mom- Principle
Labarba- Hermes high school sweet heart
Fry's brother and parents will also be in this story
Leela's parents will be in the story as well
So there are the new character bios.
The story will include some shippy high teen romance (fry-leela, Kiff-Amy, Hermes-Labarbra) as well as a few setbacks along the way.
