Hi Everyone I need your help. I'm writing this for my English Comp I class that I have tonight. We were supposed to write something funny. I don't really do funny that much. Please I need to know if you think it's even a little funny.

Morning News by Genie

"Alright people leave your baggage in the dressing rooms we have a show to do." Yelled the director at the bickering group. Two of the three immediately stopped and took their places on the set. The last turned towards the director with a forced cheesy smile and said "Sheesh Wuffie, don't get your thong in a bunch." The director immediately turned red. "Dammit Maxwell, it's pronounced Wu FEI. I am not some damn dog." And after about twenty cleansing breaths turned towards the group again. "Okay and we are on in 3...,2...,1..." and the third jumps into place just as the music starts to play.

"Good Monday morning everyone, this is channel 22 news. I'm your host Henry Yuy. Relena Darlian is on sports and Jack Maxwell is your weather expert." Said Henry with an apologetic smile towards Jack. "My co-host Trent Barton is out today...I wish I was." He said as he noticed the death glares that Relena and Jack were giving each other. "In your local news today Joey Wheeler a teenager who was walking home from school stopped a mugging of 82 year old Rosa Hernandez. When we tried to talk to this young hero his mother informed us that he was grounded for unnecessarily risking his life. We applaud you anyway Joey. And now Relena how did the Yankees do last night."

Relena giggled and batted her eyelashes at Henry as she responded. "Oh I'm sorry to inform you that they lost. Darn. Oh well in tennis last night Max Jacobson suffered a horrible defeat, not surprising I – hem Dorian Smith won the championship. Well Jack no one really cares about the weather but go ahead anyway." A loud crack was heard as the camera panned toward Jack.

"Heh ha um these things just break too easily" said Jack as he tossed the broken pointer off stage and was tossed another. "Well thank you Relena you really know about your sports." He said sarcastically. "Anyway it looks like this storm system that has been hitting us this week will be heading out of our area later on today. Around 11am that pesky rain will be out of our hair and we'll have nothing but beautiful skies."

Just then Relena grabs Henry and kisses him passionately while Henry's arms flail. "That's it. YOU BITCH! I told you he was mine." Says Jack as he throws his pointer down and lunges himself over the desk knocking Relena onto the floor. Henry barely dodges the attack as the two begin to wrestle on the ground. "Well, it's just another Monday around here folks." He says and the wrestling pair also manages to also knock him to the ground. "Let's go to Kevin Winner with your morning traffic." He says from the floor trying to avoid the blows. "Jack honey, I was drunk it was a mistake. You know I love you."

"CUT!! DAMMIT I SHOULD FIRE YOU ALL"
