That first day she was materialized she was filled with so much joy, but it was only a false start. When she thought her life on Earth would never truly start she was surprised the day they told her she was enrolled as a boarder at their school, but that first day was only the beginning. With the nightmares and strange visions along came something else. She felt them as she walked down the hall. They felt so natural yet startling. She turned around only to be greeted by an empty hall way. Nothing was out of place. They were never there to begin with. She turned back continuing to walk.

She spun around looking to the ground as they passed by again, but like before there was never anything there. Why was this happening? Was she losing her mind? These questions flooded through her head as she turned back. They happened again, but she ignored them. Again. And again. And again!

"Stop it!" screamed Aelita clasping her ears and closing her eyes. She didn't want to feel them. Why was this happening? She usually would only feel them while mediating on Lyoko. She stood there wishing they would just go away. A hand fell on her shoulder and a voice brought her out of her torment.

"Aelita?"

She turned to see who was there. It was William. She didn't know him that well. All she knew was that he was Yumi's friend and he transferred to Kadic about the same time she did. She smiled a bit as her hands fell to her sides.

"You okay?" He questioned.

"Yeah," lied the pinkette. Everything was not okay. "I'm just a little tired. That's all."

William frowned he knew she wasn't okay. It was obvious she wasn't.

"Okay." He finally spoke. "Later then."

She sighed once he was out of view. Walking over to a wall she placed her hand on it for support, but felt a pulsation go through the wall. Taking her hand quickly away and walking a few steps backwards. When nothing happened she turned hurrying to her room hoping they wouldn't be coming back anytime soon.
