Justice
Lucky came around the corner at the pier, planning to go visit his big brother and find out once and for all what was going on with Emily. Instead he found something that enraged him beyond belief. He pulled his gun from its holster and narrowed his eyes as his venomous words slipped from his tongue. "Get your hands off my sister." Scotty instantly dropped his hands that had been holding Lulu's arms. Lucky saw the tears that spilled down her face and the fear that shone in her eyes.
"What is going on?" Lucky shouted at Scotty, as he moved Lulu behind him to protect her.
"We were talking…" Scotty started.
"TALKING? Manhandling my little sister is not talking. What the hell was going on?"
"Lulu got upset about your Mom…" Scotty began.
"You did this…" Lulu cried.
"What did he do?" Lucky asked.
"He killed Rick Webber," she answered.
Lucky narrowed his eyes at Scotty. "What is she talking about?" Lucky asked.
"Your sister is jumping to conclusions…"
"I AM NOT. I FOUND EVIDENCE TO BACK IT UP…" she screamed.
"Lulu?" Dillon said as he ran down to the pier. "What the hell did Scotty do to her?" he demanded.
"He killed Rick Webber," Lucky said, as he lifted the gun to Scotty's chest.
"You might want to put away the gun…" Scotty started.
"Or what?" Lucky spat.
"Mac won't be too happy to find out one of his finest was holding a gun to the ex DA."
"Mac won't be too happy to find out you were trying to hurt Lulu. He'd shoot you himself."
"What did he do?" Dillon asked angrily, as he pulled Lulu towards him. She fell into his arms willingly and cried on his shoulder.
Lucky holstered his weapon. "You come near my sister, father, mother, brother or myself ever again and I won't hesitate to take you out. Get the hell out of Port Charles and don't you ever come back."
"What about Rick Webber?" Lulu asked.
Lucky contemplated that for a moment. "Maybe I should take you in. How reliable is this evidence Lulu?"
"It's reliable," Dillon answered. "Enough to open the investigation again."
"You don't want to do that…" Scotty stuttered.
"I don't? Let me see, my mother is a catatonic for a crime she didn't commit. You're responsible and you have been free for that last four years."
"I am not responsible. What about what your father did?" Scotty demanded.
"Shut your mouth. You have nothing to say about my father or my mother. She didn't love you," Lucky spat.
"What did Dad do?" Lulu asked.
"It's time she knew…" Scotty started.
"Open your mouth again and you'll be swallowing a bullet. Dillon get Lulu out of here. Scotty and I need to talk alone."
"What don't I know?" Lulu demanded.
"Nothing," Lucky answered. "Go with Dillon."
Lulu was about to protest but Dillon didn't give her the chance. He pulled her away from the scene and reminded her Scotty was set on trashing her father for everything instead of taking responsibility.
"Your father raped your mother. Besides your father would be consumed with guilt if he found out that he had made her believe she killed Rick Webber when she hadn't," Scotty muttered to Lucky.
"You're the one that let her take the blame. I think its time you paid," Lucky said, as he ripped his handcuffs from his jeans. He slapped them onto Scotty's wrists and began quoting Miranda. Then he dragged him towards the PCPD. He'd be damned if Scotty got away with his causing his mother's insanity.
