As one, they pulled the levers into position. The Doctor heard his click and moved to the magnaclamp on the wall, glancing back to realize Rose was still standing at her lever. (What was she doing?)
He watched as she gave it a solid yank, and realized, with a start, that it had clicked. (oh...)
His blood ran cold as millions of thoughts ran through his head all at once. (Would anyone else have noticed that the lever hadn't clicked?)
Rose just got to the magnaclamp as the first daleks began streaming past and, with her arm now securely hooked, she grinned at the Doctor.
It was one of those grins he had to return. (Rose, you are fantastic.)
