SUMMARY: What really happened during the bathroom scene and after.

SETTING: NYU BATHROOM

Drake and Dave are in the bathroom babbling like morons when Horvath enters.

Horvath to Drake- Enough you idiot, go watch the door.

Dave stares at Horvath, terrified. Then Dave tries to run, but uses his magic to magically bring Dave back over to him.

Horvath pushes Dave into a wall- Hello Dave.

Dave- Hi

Horvath leans into Dave slightly- You look just like him. Where is the Grimhold?

Dave confused- I don't know and I look like who?

Horvath smiles wickedly- Oh Balthazar hasn't told you. Sweetheart you put your faith in the wrong man.

At the moment Horvath puts both of his hands on Dave's hips and pulls him fresh against his own body.

Dave scared- What are you doing!

Horvath snaps- Shut up Victor I'm getting what I've wanted for the last thousand years.

Horvath starts nipping at Dave neck and putting his hands up Dave shirt.

Dave panicking- Wait I'm not Vict…

Horvath cuts Dave off by shoving their lips together and putting his tongue into Dave's mouth. Dave tries to struggle, but Horvath is just to strong. Then the older man starts undoing the younger's pants Dave starts to panic even more.

Dave yelling- NO, NO, Please Stop!

Horvath cups Dave' little Dave causing Dave to moan unwillingly.

Horvath smiles- oh please no power on earth will ever stop me.

Balthazar- Wanna bet.

Both Dave and Horvath look at the door to the bathroom to find Balthazar standing by the door with drake levitating beside him.

Balthazar- here Horvath take your laky back.

Balthazar then flings drake into one of the locker on the other side of the bathroom. Next Dave runs behind Balthazar.

Balthazar over his shoulder- What are you doing here Dave?

CUT TO:

DAVE'S LAB

-First Balthazar tells Dave that Victor was Merlin's third Apprentice and son and that Dave looks just like him. Also that Horvath had a Major crush on him, but Victor Loved Balthazar and Balthazar loved him.

-Second Dave starts freaking out because Horvath is trying to Rape him. So to calm him down Balthazar kisses Dave and tells him he loves him. However just before they have sex Balthazar accidentally calls Dave Victor.

-Third Dave starts yelling that Balthazar and Horvath are the same that they just think of Dave as a Surrogate for Victor. Balthazar tries to say that not true but Dave doesn't listen he just demands that Balthazar leaves.

-Forth so Balthazar leaves and goes up to the roof where the eagles are and just looks at the when drake shows up and after fight for awhile drake reveals that Horvath is going after Dave as they speak.

-Fifth Dave has just gotten out of the shower and he enters his lab in nothing but a towel when he hears some one behind him. He thinks it's Balthazar so when he turns to yell at him his voice is cot when he sees Horvath instead.

-Sixth Horvath pushes Dave into the wall and binds the boys wrist to the wall using magic. Then Horvath starts removing Dave's clothes and touching all over.

-Seventh Horvath rapes Dave and just as they finish Balthazar bursts in and uses a concussion wave on Horvath to get him away from Dave. Then Horvath leaves and Balthazar runs to Dave and gets him off the wall. Balthazar once again says he loves him but this time he means Dave.

-eighth then Dave asks Balthazar to make love to him because he doesn't want to feel Horvath touch on him. So they make love.
