"W-W-What are y-you d-d-doing?" Matthew Williams pressed his back against the wall, leaning into it while looking at me nervously. I couldn't believe how much fun I was having. I wondered why I hadn't done this before. Intimidation was a delightful quality!
Matthew actually gulped when I raised my right hand and brought it slowly to his cheek. He blinked and turned his head away. "S-Stop!" he cried, shutting his eyes tightly. I stopped, frowning on the outside, smiling on the inside.
"What?" I asked, sounding sarcastic. He gulped again. This was gold. "I-I d-don't want you to…" his voice faded away. I leaned in closer, now leaning on my hand pressed flat against the wall next to Matthew's head. I had to restrain myself from giggling, it was so exciting!
"What'd you say, Matthew? I couldn't hear you," I said in a normal speaking tone, contrary to Matthew's whispering. He opened his eyes slowly and looked sideways at me. "I don't want you to… do… anything," he replied, sounding a bit more confident this time. Here comes the climax, I thought gleefully. Sighing, I looked at Matthew with an almost pitying expression. "You know, Mattie, there's something I should have told you from the very beginning." I leaned forward so that my face was only centimeters away from his. Matthew's face turned bright red, reminding me of his cute red-and-white maple leaf flag that had snatched my heart long ago.
I whispered, "I think I like you." Then I kissed his shocked, adorable little face.
