Rick bites into Joe's throat and spits out the skin. As the shot shows Michonne, Carl, and Daryl's reactions, the last shows Chris Hardwick (host of Talking Dead) with his head bowed and hands cupped into one another.
Chris Hardwick: Let's all take a moment for a final farewell to those we lost…
Rick turns to him and makes a face as the Memoriam song begins to play.
Michonne: What's going on? (runs into shot)
Rick places his hand up and points to Chris Hardwick as he stands in his moment of silence.
Daryl: Who's he?
Rick: I don't know… he just sort of… appeared.
Scene fades with Sasha looking at Rick then to Chris and back again.
As the shot focuses, Bob sits tied to a post as Gareth chews on some meat.
Gareth: I have to admit, you taste better than what we thought—
Chris: And we have a caller online; where you from and what's your question?
Caller: Yeah… uh… My question is for Andrew West—
Gareth: Who the hell is that—
Bob: You're ruining the moment—
Chris: Ugh, that is not how this scene goes.
Shot fades.
Opening with Carol standing with the weapons she found in Terminus and the group stands back for a moment. As Daryl races towards her and embraces her in a hug, Chris stands with his arms crossed and a huge smile on his face.
Chris: I just love this moment…
A few of the group give odd looks as Rick and Sasha shake their heads.
Michonne: He's been following us for the last while.
Rick: Just ignore him. I think he might leave if we don't talk to him. He might even get bored and do somethin' else—
Glenn: Do you think this is some kind of game—entertainment for your sick mind? (to Chris)
Chris: Uhh… (looks into camera) I think they just broke the fourth wall, you guys—
Tyreese: You from Terminus?
Chris turns to Tyreese and shakes his head.
Chris: I'm from Talking Dead—
Rick: Talking Dead?
Chris: Yeah…
Maggie: I don't trust him—just look at the way he's been actin'. While we were in the trailer he was standing outside peerin' in. He could have helped—but he just watched instead—
Rick: Is she tellin' the truth?
Chris stands awkwardly and fights to give a nod making everyone bring up their weapons and take aim. As Chris stands with his hands up, he turns to Daryl.
Daryl: Sorry, brother (shoots bolt in the back of Chris' head)
As the blood sprits out onto the screen, the words, "Don't miss AMC's The Walking Dead, Sundays 9/8c followed by Talking dead 10/9c"
