It was time for Hotaru to have her bat. "Yay, I love bats!" exclaimed Hotaru as she took off her clothes. Before she and Setsuna would have a bat together but by now Hotaru was old enough to do it for herself. Hotaru got into the bat and it was nice and warm. "Mmm, that's nice" she said. Hotaru liked to have her little duck in the bat so knowing that it wasn't there Setsuna came and put it in. Hotaru thanked her and then she left. Hotaru loved to have a bat so much that she would stay in it for hours and then it would be time for bed. Hotaru was thoroughly wet by the time she got out of the bat and took out the stopcock to let the water out. Setsuna came and helped to dry her off and then she went to bed. While Hotaru was in the bat Setsuna had came into her bedroom and made her bed so it was nice and soft now. "I love you" said Hotaru. "I love you too" Setsuna replied and then kissed little Hotaru good night. Hotaru had a lovely dream about having a bat.
