Our story began on very still day, when the rain poured down from the sky, causing the village of Ordon to become wet muddy. On that day, two youths were out for stroll, when their lives changed forever.

Illia shivered under her umbrella as she and Link walked along the river near Ordon.

"Um, Link. Why are we here again?" she asked him, tugging on the collar of her rain coat.

Link turned around grinned.

"We're here cos I hear there's a huge fish in river that's worth tons of cash! I figured since it's rainy out that no one will be out fishing, so it's all mine now."

Illia rolled her eyes.

"You're such weirdo," she giggled.

She and Link had been a couple for some time now, ever since Midna left. Even though Link seemed to miss her, Illia stayed by his side and joined him on his "adventures".

Link pulled out his fishing pole and stood in a heroic pose

"Fear not, fair maiden! The beast will be no more!"

Illia couldn't help but laugh her head off as Link casted his rod into the water. Like he was going to catch anything more than a cold from not wearing warm coat.

"Link, I don't think it's a good time to be out fishing in a freezing cold river! You'll get pneumonia!"

"Oh, please! I'll be fine! I've survived monsters, booby-traps, and rampaging cuccos. A little cold rain isn't gonna stop me from getting that fish."

The two sat for a long time, waiting to get a bite on the pole. After about what seemed like 2 hours, Illia picked up her umbrella and began to walk away.

"Link, I'm going home. I not staying in this freezing rain," she muttered.

"Common' Illia! Just one more minute?" Link complained.

Illia sighed.

"One more minute?"

"I promise."

Illia sat down next to Link and stared out at the water. The rain had begun pouring very heavy and it was hard to see Link's fishing pole. Soon, the wind began to blow extremely hard, too. Illia sensed that something was up.

"Link, I think that…"

Link jumped up.

"I gotta bite!" he shouted, reeling in his heavy catch.

"Link, I don't think it's a good idea to stay out here anymore!"

"Illia, don't worry. I've almost got it."

"Link, we need to get inside! The storm is getting violent! If we stay any longer we'll get hurt!"

"I've got it! I've got it! It's a…"

"LINK! WE'RE GETTING OUT OF HERE NOW!"

"It's a person!" Link said, staring at his catch.

"Link that's the most stupid…" Illia stopped talking and stared at his pole, too.

A black clothed figure was hooked by their shirt, dangling at the end of the pole.

"I-it is a person!"

Illia was dazed for a while, but then remembered what she was telling Link.

"Link, we all need to get out here! This storm is getting too destructive. Let's go to your house. Its close by!" she shouted, grabbing Link's arm.

Link nodded and tossed the person over his shoulder and took off with Illia toward his home, away from the unforgiving element of nature.
