Once upon a time I was sweet as could be
With goodness and innocence as far as the eye could see
I was the perfect little child
I was so tame and mild
But then the powers came
And things were not the same
I wasn't the weakest link
The one ready to sink
I was the strongest
The one who would go the longest
I was no longer less
I was undoubtedly the best
And I refused to be treated as anything else
It was time to rise to my place
And show my new face
I knew they would call me evil and bad
But really it is just so sad
I can see through their masks of shame
And see it is all just a game
They wish they could be like me
Gifted as highly as gods could be
So let them think what they may
For soon will come the day
When I will show them all
Just how quickly they can fall
I am no longer their precious Angel
