True Love...
Once there was a boy and a girl,
They met one fateful day,
From the first time that he saw her,
She had stolen his heart away.
The boy had a huge responsibility,
The fate of the world in his hands,
The girl and the boy grew closer,
Soon they were the best of friends.
He went to see a teacher,
That would teach him how to win this fight,
But in doing so he had to do a feat,
A feat that kept him crying that night.
He was told he had to let her go,
But he persisted.
He was told it was for the world,
But he insisted.
The love he felt was too strong,
A love so deep and true,
But the girl he loved didn't know,
Even though he stuck to her like glue.
The battle day came and gone,
They had triumphed over evil together,
The boy decided that it was the day,
That he would finally tell that he loved her.
The boy summoned his courage,
And knelt with a necklace in hand,
Proposed to the girl that he loved,
And asked if he could be her man.
The girl that he loved gave a smile,
And flung herself in his arms,
For she had waited for that question,
Ever since she fell in love with his charms.
The day that they married was perfect,
The couple was finally together,
As they both said "I DO,"
They know that they'd be together forever…
