Blake vs. Freddy
A Daughter's love
The child slept calmly in the town of Springwood. Their notorious murderer had been slain again, and his evil apprentice has been banished to the 8th layer of hell. They knew if they thought about Freddy, or mocked Blake, they would return. So they didn't, and wouldn't. The children had a system. If the children thought about Freddy, they would mock him, and they thought about Blake, they would forget him. But that wasn't good enough. The system was useless. If the children thought of ether of them...they would pay, and is just what happens in this story.
One child inperticular was of most importance to Freddy. A new kid to the neighborhood was always the first to know. He had just started to unpack his stuff out of the van. He started to here a slight mumbling. He shrugged it off and continued to work and put his stuff in his room. His mom called him down to the basement to show him something. Usually his mother was good at identifying thing, but this thing must have puzzled her. He got to the bottom of the stairs and found her lying by the furnace. He knelt by her, "What's that mother?" She looked up at him. "I don't know. I'm starting to think it was a custom..." she held up the object. It was a glove with blades attached to them. "Bush trimmer. But it is covered with something." "What is it covered in?" She lifted the glove into her hand. "Covered with BLOOD!" The peer was walking toward him; one of the murderers had gotten free. He was going to be another victim when he stopped. The kid had woken up. He was alive. Being 14 and missing your friends from the other town may have some effects on you. That day, he attended his first day of school in his new classes. He was a freshmen, and damn proud. He was to be brought in at the beginning of the day. "Now class, we have a new student joining us today, so be nice." "Not another fuckin' freshmen, they're taking over the class Ms. Parkers" one of the children exclaimed. That is when he walked in the classroom. "Class, this is our new student, his name is...Josh...Bradley. Right?" "People call me Joe." The new student took an empty seat up in the front. All the children looked scared as he sat down. Joe had sat down in the exact same seat as Blake did every day. The expression had not gone unnoticed by Joe. "What?" "That's were he sat...the freak..." another child commented. Resentment was detected in the room, and through a small window, Blake just watched the new kid, with eyes of exploration. Blake wanted to leave, but he was confined to the 8th layer until someone was stupid enough to mock Blake Henson so bad, it would make his mother cry. "Who is...he?" All the children sat up straight, as if they had said nothing. They were afraid...to say his name, meant doom on the town. Ms. Parkers looked up to see Joe's hand raised. "What is it Hoe?" "Can you tell me who he is?" Ms. Parkers didn't know whom he meant. But as she thought about it, fear struck her, and Freddy Kreuger was watching Joe, also with curious eyes. "Fresh meat." Freddy then realized that it wasn't enough fear to get him out. He then returned to the most extreme layer of hell...the 9th. "I'm sorry, but it is town law not to speak his name, or even think about him.
That night, Joe went to sleep...scared. In his dream, he was walking down a parkway, looking at all the children. They all looked so happy. In the clearing, he noticed some little girls playing jump rope, and singing a song. "1,2, Freddy's coming for you." Joe walked over. "Hello, my names Joe, what's yours?" One of the little girls looked up at him, and smiled. "I'll never tell." Joe looked surprised. "My name's forbidden in this town, try Camp Crystal Lake, you'll find HIM over there." Joe looked at the adorable little girl, and was surprised to see her in a horrible place such as a boiler room. "Honey, what are you doing here?" "HE brought me here...everyone is afraid of him...so I followed him...Here." He found out that he was on his own. He walked around to find anything to aid him in his search. Then he heard the children started to sing again. "He went to St. Hills to learn how to kill, He comes in your sleep, for your soul he will reap, If you're not strong, then you won't last long, This boy is real, and he has a special deal, If you think he's a fake...then prepare for Blake." Joe had gotten even more scared. "It was much different when I first heard it." Joe looked at his shoulder to see a horrible glove with blades for fingers. He grabbed it and pulled the man forward. He then woke up, remembering the horrible face he saw.
He went to school the next day, and sat in the same seat as Blake did when he was alive. Ms. Parkers walked through the door, and immediately sat in her seat. She grabbed he class plan and went up to the chalkboard. "For a class project, I want you to research one person in history that you think should be remembered, this will be on the test, so don't just sit on your ass all day, and look up George Washington." Ms. Parkers sat down again, and pulled out papers to hand out to the class. She gave them to Joe, who handed them out. The last paper was in his hand. It was difficult to read, but he made out, "If you can read this...Freddy's coming back." He raised his hand, expecting to be answered. "You see, when we upgrade in Fresh-meat, we can speak freely, dip-shit." "Yes Joe" Ms. Parkers responded. The next words out of Joe's mouth would change the town's plans forever. "Who's Freddy?" Ms. Parkers chalk snapped into Two, and screeched to the bottom of the board before she pulled herself out of the trance and looked at him. "Freddy...Freddy who?" "That's what I'm asking...who is this Freddy character?" The students were petrified. They hadn't had to think about Freddy this much in years. They were all afraid of seeing him again. Ms. Parkers thought a moment and pulled a sentence together. "You see...a long time ago, there was a lot of people in this state named Freddy. I can't answer that question unless you give me a last name, or some kind of location in this world...I mean THE world." Joe starred at his paper and started to read it again. "If you can read this...Freddy's coming back. He was a child murderer, who was let free off of a technicality. The parents of the victims then tracked and burned Mr. Kreuger." Joe looked up off his paper, "Kreuger...Freddy Kreuger. Who was he?" "You freak, you killed us all." Ms. Parkers jumped from her seat. "Were are you getting this Josh? Please tell me this is a joke. Freddy Kreuger's dead. Nothing more and nothing less. There has been a legend about him...but I won't bore you with that old story."
Josh went to sleep that night a nervous wreck. He had a dream were Ms. Parkers had a substitute. "Hello, I'm Mr. Parkers, and I will be your teacher today. Okay, lets take attendance. Blake Henson." "Here." "Josh Bradley." "Here?" "Well are you here or not?" Josh looked around to see only two students in the class. Blake and him. "Are you here josh or not?" "Ya, I'm here." Josh looked at Blake. Blake offered his hand to shake, but when Joe grabbed it, it turned into the horrible blade he had. "The names Blake, I believe we haven't been properly introduced." Josh looked at Mr. Parkers, who was just starring at Blake. "Help Mr. Parkers he's killing me!" "Ohhh...Blake, haven't you learned anything?" Blake looked at the teacher, who had gotten up. "We do that to the freshmen after class, Hahaha." Blake let go and strapped Joe in. "Hope you like the ride...cause I sure will." Mr. Parkers got up to the maps and threw one down, and pointed to one of the counties. "Mr. Parkers, when is class over, I want to play with me new toy." Blake stroked Josh with one of his enormous blades. "Now Blake, you know that all toys should be examined by the teacher." Blake looked at Mr. Parkers. He looked as if something had gone wrong. Just then, Blake was strapped into his chair by large machetes. "If you move Blake, Jason's Machetes will be through you like a...Freddy's claw through flesh." Mr. Parker's face just exploded into Freddy Kreuger. "Hello Blake..." Blake saw in terror that peer that taught him everything, and the man who was after him, all in one blink of an eye. "Did you miss me?" Blake thrusted himself through the machetes and pulled himself together. "Hello Freddy."
