A/N: This idea actually came from my daughter. Its just something we both could foresee happening. XD
Roy was tapping his fingers on his desk in thought, no one was in his office which he found both perfect and nerve racking. He had spent most of the day thinking, but it was who he was thinking about that threw him. Was he falling for his first lieutenant? Roy could only fool him self for so long-of course he was falling for her, and he couldn't help but feel that she was falling for him. Out of every thing they have been thou it couldn't be anymore clear.
Mustang couldn't hold his thoughts any more he had to act on them.
Walking out of his office he scanned and quickly noticed Riza putting papers on top of Havoc's desk.
"Lieutenant." he spoke out getting her attention. "Could you come into my office for a moment?" he asked motioning her to follow as he walked back in.
"Yes Sir." She replied as normal and followed right behind as the door closed.
Mustang sat in his chair facing it away from her so only the back of the chair showed.
Hawkeye couldn't tell what, but she knew the colonel was nervous about something.
"Lieutenant..." He spun his chair around locking eyes with her. "I'm taking you out, meet me tonight at 7:00 sharp." he said briefly and formally.
Hawkeye blinked a few times before a flash of a smile hit her face then quickly saluted her officer in commander. "Sir, yes sir." she remarked back.
Roy gently smiled and watched as Riza smiled back with a very thin blush and walked out.
'Well I did it...I got a girl friend.'
