The village was in flames, the sounds of screaming people filled the air, as demons fled thought the opening portal from hell and joined the blood fest. peole were screaming for mercy form the eveil beings trying to get away before they were killed, but they were soal ess and showed none. we got away alouthouh you should be surpirsed. we are half demons, to be exact. my sister The youngest, she had dark blond hair and grey eyes, she was only 5 had had mastered her powers more than I have. Me on the other had was doing all the work. I had max sling over my back and was running at brake neck speed, that one of my powers ~Other than regeneration~ We were running thought the crowded forest filled with those trying to get away. Some demons were catching up to us but I didn't car I had a secret weapon. Heaven and hell were our mothers and fathered weapons. Still to big for my 9 year old hands but I had have some practice with them already. "hold on" I called over my held on tighter and I spun around delivering a painful kick and blasting the demons brains in. we continued running for mules many of the demons had fallen back seeing that they could not reach us. I blasted the rest of then. We stopped to rest hours later I fell face down, exhausted. Max slid off of me. I looked up into her eyes. Rainbow tears fell from her eyes and pooled around her causing flowers to grow. But the sadness caused them to die instantly. "keo" she whispered I tried to sit up but hissed in pain and fell back down "is momma and dad goanna' be alright" she cried"maybe" I responded. I didn't have the hart to tell that our parents had died in one of the fires. I sat up even with the pain shooting thought my body. "Were goanna be aright, I'm not going to lest any thing happen to you," "promise" she whispered "promise". I tried to heal my self as max played wit her powers. 'Like I said she's an elemental'. Max can cause fires. Grow garden control whether, any thing. Sometimes I wish I could be her. But I'll have to stick with the powered I have now. I haven't learned how to unlock my demon only how to heal and run fast. But I'm still trying. As the sun stared to rise max dosed off in a near by tree, I was healed enough to sit up. Max started to scream. I thought she was having a bad dream but suddenly something jumped from the tree she was in. "you'll make a good gift for my master" it laughed. The damn beast was carrying max. I tried to shoot it but I knew I would hit her. I could only watch in horror as she w scarred off "MAX" I screamed as they y disappeared into the nighttime portal. Since then I could only cry."I'll save you max." I whispered as my eyes glowed white "I promise"
