I am a huge fan of Overlord, and wanted to write a story about this. This story came into my mind today, so I had to act on it.

I do not own Overlord.

In a dark room, a figure was seen over by a desk, illuminated by a dim candlelight flame.

There was one word to describe this figure, abomination. In what can only be described as the tail of a sheep, the legs of a giraffe, and the body of a kangaroo, and a distinct lack of head, this figure was crouched over the desk, writing words in ink after a piece of parchment.

Garnet, one of the 41 members of the guild Ainz Ooal Gown, and one of the two citizens of the American Federation in the guild, sighed. A sigh was heard from the place that his head would be, as was the sound of a chair creaking.

Turning to another corner of the room, a stack of papers lay neatly stacked on top of one another.

In his day job, Garnet was a train conductor, an occupation that gave him lots of free time. With so much time to spare, he devoted himself to writing.

Stories about the distant past, such as the Warring States Period of Japan, the Second American Civil War, and the colonization of Planet Obama-45 were among some of the stories he authored.

Encouraged by his guild members, he wrote more works and became somewhat of a celebrity, especially with the release of his book, Keyser Mountain.

Standing up from his chair and walking towards the stack of papers with his latest page complete, Garnet gently slid the page underneath the stack of papers.

Exiting the room, a piece of paper fluttered to the ground.

The Story of Us.

The stack of papers eventually became a book at Yamaiko's request, and was widely shared around the guild as a source of humor and flattery. With the passage of time, the book was forgotten, a distant memory from a forgotten time.

"Hmm, what could this be?"

Demiurge wondered, pulling out an ornate leather bound book from one of the shelves of library.

Flipping through the pages, Demiurge's eyes widened. Taking the book and rushing out of the library after informing the librarian, he made his way down to the Throne Room.

"Ah, Albedo."

He said, coming face to face with the Guardian Overseer.

"Demiurge."

"Look at what I found."

He said, handing the book to her. Taking the book and flipping through it, Albedo's eyes widened.

"Where did you find this?"

She asked, her mouth agape.

"It was tucked away in the library."

He said, looking at Albedo's shocked face. The ensuing silence lasted an uncomfortable ten seconds before Demiurge cleared his voice.

"We should ask Lord Ainz about this."

Ainz sat on the Throne, staring at the group of Maids, Guardians, and assorted creatures in front of him.

Looking at the book he frowned.

'Ahh, they're all here! Why did I agree to read it to them?'

He thought to himself, thinking about the writer of the book, Garnet.

"This book, was one of the last works of my fellow guild member, Garnet. This book is about the story of our creation!"

He stared at all of awestruck faces in front of him.

'Don't mess this up, don't mess this up!'

"The story of my guild members and your masters! The story of how the ones who rule Ainz Ooal Gown came to be!"

Please follow, favorite, and review! I know that this chapter was a bit short, but I will try to write longer chapters for the Supreme Beings.

Since there are only 31 known Supreme Beings, please feel free to send in your OC suggestions in the review section.

On a different topic, since I am quite busy with school work, updates won't come regularly.

Until next time, Skylinemaster out.
