The Unfamous Three

"Ok, I just have to say it out loud," Rocket scratched his head, "What about weird things going around Paradisia made you think that you should inform Tia?"

Micro-Ice and Tia looked at each other and then back at him.

"Like how does one go from 'oooh something's up here!' to 'Tia must know'. I'm her boyfriend, I don't even think it vital for Tia to know of every weird thing I see," Rocket narrowed his eyes: "Are you secretly Pirates?"

Micro-Ice laughed and Tia threw him a smirk: "We couldn't tell you if we were. Right, Micro-Ice?"

"Oh yeah, it would be against the whole secret infiltration of Snow Kids job we have going on."

There was a beat.

Rocket seemed to contemplate it; but then shook his head: "Why in the Galaxy would the Pirates need to infiltrate the Snow Kids?"

"Right?" Tia agreed.

"We did get integrated in some plots but those were coincidence," Rocket stood up, "And even if they did decide to do it, why would they choose Micro-Ice?"

"Hey –"

"Sorry."

"Who would you choose then?" Tia asked, as she kicked Micro-Ice's arm to stop him from protesting more.

"Uh… maybe D'Jok? He is Sonny's son. It would be easy."

"Sure," Micro-Ice rolled his eyes, "Because D'Jok is so good at being incognito and stuff. Because he wouldn't scream about how he is 'the key Pirate' to the first microphone on his way."

"Why would you need to be incognito?" Rocket asked.

"Why indeed," Tia looked down at Micro-Ice.

"Ugh… I don't know. These sorts of jobs do require some form of stealth."

"You watch way too much of The Famous Three," Rocket yawned and stretched his arms over his head, "Well, I'm off. You guys can do whatever it is that you do," he ruffled Tia's hair, "Get Thran and go form your own Famous Three."

"Fearsome Threesome, actually," Tia deadpanned.

Rocket stopped and looked back at her: "You are not allowed to be in threesomes unless I'm involved," he said and then walked away with a wave.

"That means he is game if he is in it, too," Micro-Ice winked at her.

Tia looked down at him: "That was way too close. You shouldn't have just come in here with information like that."

"But you're the one who got all serious business and went 'we'll have to take a closer look then'," Micro-Ice protested.

"I got carried away," she waved her hand as she, too, got up, "I'll get Thran, we'll come up with a plan tonight. Can you scout around the Deep Stadium and tell me how close those robots allow us to get?"

"I'm on it," Micro-Ice dived and left.

Tia stood staring after him and then her gaze fixed on the beautiful sunset once more. A sudden wind blew her hair as she narrowed her eyes decisively, vowing to carry out her duties and protect the Galaxy at all costs.

She turned to go look for her fellow Pirate.

I am going over Season 3 because procrastination and it is bizzare. Quite okay at some points (so far, I'm on episode 10) but ugghhhhh still at Mei. She just ups and leaves and no one even calls her out on it. At least Yuki and D'Jok left once they knew of a tournament of mixed Fluxes and Yuki even said she would come back after this. Mei just leaves without telling anyone that she will. And they are just okay with it.

Anyway, at the end of episode 9 Micro-Ice realizes weird stuff going around Deep Stadium and comes to inform Tia and I was like, "lol why?" Yeah they both have been mixed into Pirate business before but it was still surprising. So... this happened.
