Alec was driving home from court.
He and Gillian were now officialy divorced.
Divorced.
Alec winced at the thought of it. He really had loved Gillian, but that was a long time ago.
It had been years since he'd really felt anything.
And Christine, well, he'd been mistaken when he'd thought that Gillian was his soulmate.
She just, understood him better.
He couldn't describe it, but they had this kind of connection that he and Gillian had never had.
He had to stop thinking about Gillian. Their marriage was only dust now.
In an attempt to rid his mind of thoughts of his now ex-wife,
he turned on the radio.
But instead of ridding his consiounce of the events of the past five and a half years, the song that started playing made him feel ten times worse than he already did.
But it was so close to how he felt that he couldn't find it in himself to change the station.
So he sat there, tears filling his eyes, and listened.

"Bye Gilli." He said before walking through the door and closing it behind him.
Me: I thought it was kinda cute, even if i hate Alec.
Alec: Hey!
Me: You're the one who cheated on Gillian.
Alec: ...

Me: And say Monkey if you hate Alec... Then join the club *points to imaginary club of Alec haters*
Alec: Hey! That was uncalled for!
Me: *Gigglian* It was sooo called for. And give Christine a black eye for me 3.

Me: *Pushes mute button on imaginary TV so you can no longer hear Alec* See ya!
