Summary: Bonnie finds herself reliving the last moments with him, the blooded eyes dead heart guy named Adam Knight.

Bonnie Bennett shuts her eyes, and finds herself reliving the last moments of her time with Adam Knight. The memories come back to haunt her every breathing moment, because it's still not something she can get over. She smiles to the world outside but inside she's broken to pieces. She doesn't even care about the outside world anymore; she just constantly thinks about him, nonstop. 'He healed me,' Bonnie repeats to herself for the fifth time that day, analyzing, before she drifts off to sleep.
Bonnie and Adam are from different worlds, too different. She always wondered how it would have been if she had met him before the accident. Would they be the same? Would they be equal? The next days, weeks and months were even harder. Yes, they had their bad moments and yes, he hadn't been completely honest with her at first, but how do you tell someone that you're dead? Now, Bonnie tries to put herself in his situation for a minute, and wonders if she would have done the same to him had the roles been reversed, and she had had an accident and he had turned out okay. Of course, she understands the lie now. He had lied to protect her. Bonnie knew she wasn't an angel as well; she had secrets of her own that she had never told him.
She remembers that blood tears had streamed down his face as she screamed that he didn't listen and that she wasn't going to take it anymore. Bonnie had broken blood eye's dead heart that day. She feels guilty inside, there's no question about that. At first, she hadn't cared because she hadn't known he could have feelings...she had just been tired of him always getting his way, never being truthful to her and always telling her things at the wrong moments. Now, as she looks back she knows he had been trying to save her the heartbreak by not allowing her not to get too close. Even though she hadn't been completely honest with him when it came to her being a witch, his last words to her had made her suspect that he knew her secret, but he would never reveal so.
"I really hope that you find a way to trust people again, because you're a really amazing person, and it would be a shame not to let someone get close enough to see that."
Out of all the quotes that had been said to her from others, that is the only one that will stick with her until death comes upon her.
