Butterfly Boy

hoheo taralna, rondero tarel

Summons the spider to cast a spell

Oh woe to these widdled wooden hearts

Wasted and watered down on damned female tarts

What once was love has turned to rust

What once was soul, now ash and dust

A human dreamed himself a butterfly, but was never truly free

Or did the butterfly think himself human, it has yet to happen to me

Oh spider's web fresh with dew

Do all that I command you to

What once was innocence has long been lost

When the dew on the web froze to frost

Serve as you will, do as you must

So you may devour my soul and leave the husk

The boy of fight or flight who chose to flee

Was caught in the spider's netted tree

But what they chose to forget was the blood beating in my heart

Wasted and watered down on this demon tart

Said once a butterfly who could never be free

There is no longer a dreamer in the boy in me
