VIKTOR KRUM: YOU RIP MY HEART
By birchermuesli and Juricon
Genre: Angst/Romance/Parody
I drown in your eyes, my breath constricts when
Your soft velvety voice whispers into my ear.
I melt at the sight of your blood-coloured lips,
Soft, silky, tender. I still at your movement, silence as you speak,
And watch the autumn leaves flutter and glideth to the ground.
Your supple hand around mine, passing the time
Oh so quickly. But alas! When you leave
I crave your touch; my heart shrivels to a lonely wretch.
I clutch the last hope to my chest, against my beating heart.
Like a spool of thread, unravel me.
But it is too late; you are gone, gone,
Left for another world. And I am here, all alone.
I say goodbye, but perhaps my call does not reach your ears.
I try to scream but I am mute; I try to sprint but I travel nowhere,
And then, I ask, where are you? You are going places,
Taking the screen, exposing your identity to prying eyes.
You laugh, you smile, take a bow to the world – but you do not look at me.
A/N: This is brilliant because birchermuesli and I are The Queen of Enjambment and The Queen of Metaphors respectively. Ahem. Also the point of view is ambiguous, so feel free to make it up XD. If you actually think we were being serious I'll laugh.
