Shadows gathered, waves of powerful dark chakra that sapped the very air of strength leaving all things stagnate. Trails of thicker chakra purple lead towards the source.
There, nestled in the crumbled remains of a lab, was a mass of pulsing flesh. Spidery veins ran across it's body, blood and chakra pulsing through them. It pulsed, lubdub lubdub lubdub, the sound of a massive heart.
For hours and hours it beat, growing and glowing, well into the night.
And then dawn struck, trickles of light washing over the world. The mound quivered, recoiling for a moment before bursting. A flood of liquid expelled a body, small and frail, from its center.
It curled up, releasing one massive cry. Lungs cleared, it struggled stand. Moments passed, then hours. The Light of the sun warmed it's flesh, until finally, at the Sun's zenith, it opened it's eyes.
Brilliant blue looked skyward, the light reflecting off of a diamond of gold around the slitted pupil. A thick mane of rust colored hair fell down his spine, skin of soft inherit sunkissed tan. Three soft birthmarks graced his high angled cheeks.
Slowly he stumbled forth, feeling a pull. Weakness filtered through him, he felt his strength pulling away. Flickers of blue light escaping him. Panic overcame curiosity and it recoiled, collapsing and crawling away, desperate to flee the unknown.

This charecter is similar to an idea I had before but it's production and path is unlike anything I have ever tried.
