Once upon a time, in the faraway land of Nickelodeon Studios, there was a bored employee. This employee was wandering the halls, looking for something to do, when he came across a slightly open door.
The door read: Avatar Storyboard Room. Please Do Not Disturb.
The employee peeked in. The room was empty. Completely covering one wall was a layout of storyboards, titled, "The Day of Black Sun." On one panel was a handsome looking young man. The employee looked around to make sure no one was looking, and then he picked up a Sharpie and began to doodle…
**********3 WEEKS LATER **********
Animator 1: Hey, is it finished now?
Animator 2: Yep.
A1: Let's go show Mike and Bryan.
They walk down the hall, to a large screening room. Mike and Bryan, the co-creators of Avatar, are waiting.
Mike: It's done?
A2: It is.
Bryan: Let's see.
The animation is played and it looks great until….
Mike: Wait, Haru has a…..
Bryan: MUSTACHE?
Mike: Who the heck drew a mustache?
A1: Um, he has one on the storyboard. Right?
Bryan and Mike: WHO WAS DOODLING?
**********Meanwhile in the Avatar World**********
Haru is in a rocky basin, practicing his Earthbending, when POOF! Suddenly a mustache appears on his face.
Haru: I feel prettyyyyy, oh so prettyyyyyyyy….
