Arashi: This is a request fic for Darkangel048. It's cute and fluff. This is sort of set in the future where Kuki and Wally are in their late teens and are dating.

Puppy Love

Summary-Wally decides to give Kuki a gift for no particular reason other then he loves her. He hopes she'll like the gift and hope it would protect her when he's not near by her.

Shifting on his spot as his girlfriend is inside of her house preparing for their date, Wally glance at the backseat at the box that wriggles a few times. He smiles softly already imagining her expression. Good he's a sucker for that silly girl.

One day he'll ask her to marry him but right now he's settle for dating to her. Lost in his thoughts, Wally didn't notice Kuki walking towards him with a small smile upon her lips. Her raven hair drape down her back with bits on her shoulders framing her face as her eyes brightens upon seeing the other teen. The light green shirt with baby blue jeans and high top it's not the best outfit but Wally said it's just a causal date.

"Hi Wally," The teen tells her boyfriend getting him to shake his head smiling a bit shy like.

She peeks over his shoulder glancing at the box curiously then looks at him. Wally gulps a bit telling her, "You can grab the box. It's for you anyways."

Kuki smiles happily picking up the box noting it's moving. She wonders what could be inside. She sits in the passenger seat as Wally goes to a drive thru diner with a movie theater next to it. She pulls on the light green bow then lifts the lid.

She didn't expect to find a black nose follow by a small snout with big hazel eyes looking at her. The puppy wags his little tail getting Kuki to gush and cuddle the pup. She glances at Wally noticing him watching her.

She leans over kissing his cheek. He blush a dark red smiling a goofy smile. No matter how many times she kisses him it always gets better and makes his heart race.

"He's so cute, Wally." Kuki replies petting the puppy. "What kind of dog is he?"

"German Shepherd Mix," Wally answers softly, turning a dark color trying to hold back the hopeful tone in his voice. "I thought you might want a pet so I got you one. I figure if I can't be there all the time to protect you this pup can. Do you like him?"

Kuki smiles petting the German mix replying, "I love him. Wally, thank you."

Wally sighs with relief as the puppy barks happily licking Kuki's cheek getting her to laugh. Kuki thinks a bit of possible names then says one out loud. "I think the name, Nuka will fit you just fine."

Wally tilts his head echoing the name then smiles a bit. Nuka barks once more wagging his tail curling up on his owner's lap. Kuki laughs petting her puppy once more. Life is perfect for her. She has a great boyfriend that's really considerate of her. He even got her a puppy which she been wanting for some time. She really loves her boyfriend even though he's shy about his feelings.
