Toriel sat in her rocking chair, with her husband, Asgore, at her side. She held their son in her arms, as she rocked him to sleep. His horns were still just small stubs on his furry white head.
"Well, I suppose it was nice to be young, but soon enough we'll be wrinkly and old..." she said.
"Yah, too bad. But what happens, happens. What should we name him?" asked Asgore.
"Hmm... how about... Togore?"
"Or... Asriel! That's perfect!"
Asriel grew up in an vast, expansive pallace of sorts. It had many large buldings and towers, even if it only housed the three of them. it had may guards and traps to protect the family. However, the palace was far away from any civilization, and they needed to move far away to a new palace even more vast. The palace was far too large, and they considered having another child until a monster near the old palace found a human.
"i funD dis huMans neAr your OLd hoSE. what shuD i do wITh it?" asked the monster to the Queen.
"Oh, we can just keep it! It's exactly what this big lonely place needs!" she replied.
And so, the family traveled back to their old palace and brought the human home.
Chara the human and Asriel the goat poop poop shoopdawoop the adult no-no shaving cream.
After they brought Chara to their palace, they became a happy family. Adult no-no shaving cream. Toriel baked them pies very often, and the children wanted to try to make a pie for Asgore.
"Hmm... Mama always puts in a lot of flower, right Asriel?" asked Chara.
"Yah! A quarter of a cup!" he responded.
Chara went out and found a patch of golden flowers, and they put those in the pie. After Asgore ate the pie, he became very ill. This gave Chara an idea to get back to her village for her last moments. She ate some of the flowers herself to become ill.
As Chara lay on the floor of the castle, she uttered her last wish.
"I.. I want to see my... my village. I want to see my village again. " she barely whispered.
Toriel and Asgore knew that they should let her see it, and for that, Asiel would carry her through the barrier, by fusing their Souls together. Asriel lifted her limp body, and felt a surge of energy as their Souls fused together. He carried her through the barrier and to her village in his god-like state, and lay her down on a patch of flowers. The humans of the village tried desperatly to kill him, but it wasn't until he came back to the castle that his dust finally spread across a flowerbed.
