This takes place when Edward and Bella leave the meadow in the 2nd to last chapter of Eclipse.
Chapter 1: Good News or Bad news

As soon as Edward and I got in the car I think we both started to worry about how we were going to tell Charlie. We were both quiet for awhile but then "I hope you have some brilliant plan on how to him cause I've got nothin'." I said looking him in the eyes.
"Well I was thinking that we should sit him down and just break the news to him." he suggested "but then again I doubt that he's going to agree with this quietly."
He was right. There was absolutely no way that Charlie was going to go quietly with this." Yes, I think this is going to be way easier said then done no matter how you put it."
I felt a heavy weight on my chest as Edward pulled the car up to the house. It got even worse as I noticed Charlie's cruiser in the driveway. All the while Edward's thumb traced soothing circles on my hand. As we walked up the drive I thought to myself, 'I really hope this goes smoothly, because I really don't want to use my "moving out" excuse on him.' I opened the door to hear the sounds of ESPN coming from the living room.
"Hey, kids!" Charlie greeted both of us which was unusual. 'Awesome must be in a good mood today.' I thought calmly. I walked over, picked up the remote, and said, "Ch- - Dad, Edward and I really need to talk to you."
"What's going on? Is this good news or bad news?"
We didn't answer
"Answer me." he demanded
"It's good news in our eyes, sir" Edward said giving me an encouraging look.
I hesitated but then…" Well you see…Edward and I……sort of……You know what?" I held up my left hand so the ring on my third finger would glisten in the light from the lamp. Charlie stared at it then he stared at us.
Stunned.

Yah i know thats really short but i didnt know what else to put.Well what did you think its only my first story and the first chapter so go easy on me and i know that that is a big cliffhanger but sorry. so look for the next chapter in a few days.
