Franco's SonSummary: Franco wants to adopt a little boy whose mother dies in a crash. Will this end up destroying the relationship he has with Carly? A/N: In this story Sonny never killed AJ and Jason never died. Sonny still hates Franco, but Jason decides to forgive him and they form a relationship. Because of that and the fact that he is dating Carly, it makes Franco unkillable for Sonny. Franco's mother is Susan Moore and he is Jason's fraternal twin. He still thinks of Betsy Frank as his mother and she is very involved in his life as well (aka the original story of how Franco came to be).

Franco was busy at work. He had seen 8 patients in art therapy including a little boy named Aaron Skylar Jackson who was in the hospital because he and his mother had been in a car crash. His mother was in a coma but the little boy didn't have anywhere to go because his step father had died two years earlier and the boy's biological father hadn't been in his life at all. The worst thing was that the little boy had been diagnosed with leukemia. Franco decided to be a foster father to the little boy since he and the boy had formed a bond.

"Are you sure you want to do this Franco?" Carly asked.

"I've never been more sure of anything in my life Carly." Franco replied. "This little boy needs me. I want to take care of him while his mother is in a coma. He's the only other person besides you and Kiki that believes in me and sees good in me."

"Well if you're sure about this them I'm going to help you." Carly promised.

"Thank you Carly" Franco said. "You have no idea how much this means to me."

"I would do anything to make you happy sweetheart." Carly said.

After work Franco had an appointment with a woman from the Department of Social Services (DSS). He was going to be talking to her about Aaron, and how he was doing at his house with Carly. She had asked Franco to bring Aaron along so she could talk to him.

Franco decided to see Aaron's mother before he left.

She had long brown hair and bright green eyes. Franco had the feeling he knew who she was but he didn't think it could possibly be who he thought she was. She looked just like the girl he had dated 8 years ago. Her name was Sarah Kylie Gregorovitch. But this girl was Sara without an h. And he didn't think his ex-girlfriend was pregnant or she would have told him.

All of a sudden she woke up.

"Where's Aaron?" she whispered. "I need to say goodbye."

She turned toward Franco.

"Franco?" She said. "Why are you here? How did you find me?"

"Sarah it is you." Franco said.

"How did you find out?" Sarah asked.

"Find out what?"

"That Aaron is your son" she whispered.

All of a sudden she flat lined and Franco ran out to get a doctor.

Chapter 2
