Always and Forever

Naruto Uchiha thought back to those vows as he lovingly placed one red rose atop the grave of his loved one. Engraved here were the words:
Uchiha Sasuke
Died in combat
Good friend
Determined ninja
Loving husband
Naruto felt a hand on his shoulder and thought he heard Sasuke's voice.
"'I love you, always and forever.' I still do."
He turned around, but saw no one. Naruto got up and walked towards his home, a sad smile on his face. One tear rolled down his whiskered cheek.
'I love you, too, Sasuke.'
