"How did I get into this situation, anyway?" thought Uzumaki Yuki, the young woman who now lay naked under some white sheets. "Oh yeah now I remember, it started after Akito came back from being trained, he had that scar over his eye."
Flashback
"Yuki, honey please come out of you room you can't stay there forever." Said Uzumaki Sakura, her mother, Yuki had locked herself in her room for ten days now, surviving on solider pills.
"Mom, you don't get it it's my fault they failed!" she screamed furiously, trying to hold back tears. "Oturan, Naoki, Shizuko, and Ryuu might die because of my mistake!"
"Yuki, they won't die you mother is the best medical ninja in the world, healed my physical wounds I had ten Chidori holes in me I would have died if she hadn't healed me." Said Naruto, through the door to her, he heard a muffled sob and knew his daughter was crying into her pillow.
He slowly got out a pin and picked the lock on her door, opened it and sat on the edge of her bed next to her. "I gave you nine days to cry, but now you have to stop." He said firmly to her. He ran his hand through her gold and pink hair.
Yuki sat up and looked at him her eyes red from crying. Strands of stray hair fell into her face.
"I'm sorry Daddy, I just can't deal with this, Akito practically killed us all but me. If Oturan hadn't jumped in front of his Honoo-Chidori, I would have died."
Present
"Akito, why do I keep calling him that, I should just say his real name." The young woman whispered, and then sat up clutching the sheets around her body. "I now know that I did love him, but not as more than like a friend, I never expected this to happen, not to me." Yuki grabbed what was left of her clothes, a thin t-shirt and her skirt, he had wrecked her undergarments. Put her shoes on and was halfway to the door when he came back.
"Leaving so soon my little Kitsune Queen?" said Akito his now forked tongue flicked out, his fangs flashing in the light from the lamp.
