Ok, I'ma let ya'll know this is my first time writing a YYH fic by myself, even if I did normally my friend would have me help her with acting the part of Suichi/Youko Kurama. Why? Well lets say once I get to know and understand a character I tend to be able to be them… darn my cosplaying skills being one with the character and all what not. But hey if I pick on any of the characters don't flame mez! ;.; I just love a good laugh here and there it's a habit of mine to brightens others day by making them smile. Well here goes nothing. -.-; and forgive me for misspellings with names ; hehe.
It's been five years since the fight with Sensui, and three years since the Makai Tournament. Just as Enki, King of Makai promised, there has been no disturbance between Ninginkai, Reakai, and Makai. Things had seemed too peaceful for the Ex-spirit detective group. Nothing different, Kurama easily picked up from the year loss of being in Makai, now a sophomore in Collage. Yusuke attempting to catch up from his two year absents from education. Kuwabara has been able to attend the school he wanted and continues to further improve his life, once in a while in a little sprawl with Urameshi.
Though things seem to be doing well in Ninginkai, much uproar seems to be sprawling within Makai. The three years King Enki were to rule is slowly coming to and end and the start of the 2nd annual Makai Tournament would begin. One that may determine whether Makai and Ninginkai well remain in harmony, whether or not the kakai barrier will have to be re-erected being the border line once more. Though that doesn't seem to be a big problem for Reakai, all that is wished from them is that the peace that has been presented stays that way for a long time.
Genkai had passed away, just as she said that she would. Kuwabara felt against leaving Yukina alone since Genkai was no longer amongst the living, but she quickly answered Kuwabara thanking him first but explaining why she has to stay behind, for there was no one else to take care of Puu. That surely put a stake to his heart but spoke without a second thought offering to stay with her, Shizuru reminding her little brother of his obligation to continue school. Denting his pride as he face faulted to the ground. Kuwabara beening head over heels for Yukina promised to visit her when ever he could, to insure she wouldn't be that lonely.
Kurama had a strange feeling about Genkai's passing, normally ones life force doesn't decapitate that quickly if were a natural death, but… it couldn't be placed as a murder for there was no harm done when the body was found. It left him pondering though he could not discuss this with the others, not yet at least, not until there was a rational explanation. More over a few days from the trip to Genkai's did it dawn upon him that her life energy was either given or she was forced to use every ounce of energy she had, but that couldn't be since there was no sign of a struggle nor anything that would depict to a fight. This left a question in the foxes mind. If Genkai did offer her life force to another, who did it go to and why? Each question ending up at a dead end, every time a new one popped up the answers seem to be clouded more then ever.
Hey yeah its sort… sue me... but don't flame me…. Tell me if I need to improve or I've done better. I don't know only you can decided whether I write more! :D
