A/n: this is just a little oneshot that I decided to write in honor of mother's day.

Hermione Granger wrung her hands nervously as Fred left the room to get the Floo powder. It was Mother's day, and they were heading to the burrow for a special dinner with Molly.

This was the first time Hermione would be having dinner at the burrow since her and Fred's wedding. But that wasn't why she was so nervous. She loved the Weasleys. There was something else.

Something important that she had to tell Fred before they left.

But she was so scared. She didn't know what how to tell him, or how he would respond.

"Hermione Honey, I can't seem to find the Floo powder. I suppose we can apperate there, but you know how mum hates us just popping up like that. It makes her nervous...." He trailed off when he noticed that his wife wasn't paying any attention to what he was saying. "Hermione is something wrong?" the tall red head asked.

"Wrong?" She snapped her head towards Fred's direction. "Nothing's wrong per say…. But, there is something you should know…"

"What is it Darling?"

"Fred…. I don't know how to say this…. But… oh Fred! I'm pregnant!"

Fred stared at her, his jaw had dropped at the news, and his mouth was hanging open.

"You're…what?"

"Fred, we're going to be parents!" She rushed across the room to Fred, and embraced him, he numbly hugged her back, still in shock at what she just said.

"Isn't it the most amazing Mother's day present ever?" She whispered into his ear.

"Yes." He whispered back, kissing her gently on the lips. "Yes it is."

Hope you liked this little ficlet… tis really short, only like… 265 words or something… I don't think I've ever written something that short before…

I have been having the majorest writers block lately, and I hope that writing this will help me be cured!

Please review!

Oh, and a very happy mothers day to any mothers who are reading this!
