Love, that was the feeling that ran through Finn's body as he thought about Rey.
Ever since he was a child, the first order had taught him about how he must obey the first order at any cost and that love and friendship were weakness. However when Finn saw battle for the first time, he realized the first order was wrong about many things, especially about love and friendship. Then Finn realized what he had really lost as he recalled the first order had told them that they had taken them from their families. They had told the troopers that they had saved from poverty and were giving them the best education. Now, for the first time in his life, Finn was starting to wonder if that was really true.
When he met Rey, they connected insistently. She was in some ways just like him, lonely, had no family and had lived a hard life. Poe, BB-8, Rey, Han and Chewie are his first friends, but Rey was different and he didn't realize that until she was taken by Kylo Ren. Then that was when Finn knew, that his feelings for her were more than just friendship. It was love.
Maybe it had began from the moment he had met her or when they traveled through space together or when she had saved his life, but in the end he loved Rey all the same and that was that.
