The story begins with the UG Crew having a day at the beach. When Mr. Gus sees Uncle Grandpa looking out at sea, he asks what he's looking at. Uncle Grandpa says he's looking at an incoming trio of sailboats. This sparks surprise in Mr. Gus, who grabs Uncle Grandpa's binoculars and realizes it's not sailboats, but sets of spines, and the dinosaur man, recognizing them, grabs the crew, throws them in the RV, and drives the RV at full speed. Just then, the king of monsters, Godzilla, arises from the sea and rampages through the city. When he sees the UGRV, he pursues it. Pizza Steve notes this, and says "we got company, BIG company" but as the UG Crew is about to escape, Godzilla catches the RV and roars. When Mr. Gus asks what he wants, Godzilla hints toward Uncle Grandpa, then reveals that one of his tail spines is missing. Uncle Grandpa has a moment of realization, then pulls out said tail spine, saying he was wondering what it was, then remembers using it to help him and a kid escape from a slime web. Uncle Grandpa gives back the tail spine, and Goji puts it back in place, and Belly Bag asks Mr. Gus how he knows Godzilla, to which Mr. Gus answers that he's Godzilla's brother. Pizza Steve then states that that makes sense, considering they're both dinosaurs. Uncle Grandpa asks if he's older, younger, or the same age. Mr. Gus says he's Godzilla's younger brother, and that they used to do everything together. Just then, the military appears and opens fire on the monster king. Before they can finally defeat him, the UG Crew helps him fight the military, with Mr. Gus saying "I already lost friends, I can't lose a brother as well". They manage to fight the military off, with Godzilla finishing the job, and bidding the UG Crew and Mr. Gus farewell before returning to the sea.
