Summary: Leo and Cole leave the sisters to their moment and have a little "shop talk".
Disclaimer: I don't own them or the Red Sox who are mentioned because they are the only American sports team I know.
AN: For everyone else who wondered what they got up to when they left the sisters.
Male Bonding
"So…" Leo started lamely.
"So…" Cole repeated slowly.
They both stood awkwardly for a moment, hands in pockets, rocking on the soles of their feet, trying to look manly.
"How about those Red Sox huh?" Leo asked with a nervous laugh.
"Yeah," Cole replied before they both became silent again.
What were a 400-year-old demon and an angel who died in World War Two supposed to talk about? The weather?
"So…I hear Piper's a real wildcat in the sack." Cole said conversationally.
Leo nearly chocked. He looked up at Cole with a startled expression. Slowly it dissolved into a wicked grin. Looking both ways over his shoulder he leaned in closer and dropped his voice.
"Yeah," he agreed, "and you know what else?"
"What?" Cole asked eagerly, leaning in closer.
"I still have rope burns," Leo whispered.
"That's nothing," Cole laughed. "You should hear some of the noises Phoebe makes."
"I sometimes do," Leo replied.
Both men, or angel and demon, laughed. They noticed the girls walking over and stopped abruptly.
"Hey guys," Phoebe said as she wrapped her arms around Cole's neck. "What were you talking about?"
"Oh just the Red Sox," Leo lied as Cole began to lead Phoebe away from the group stopping only to give Leo a brief wink.
"What was that about?" asked Piper curiously.
"Nothing," Leo assured her, smiling. "You ready to go home?"
"Definitely."
