Prologue,

Jem and Tessa were on their way to the Los Angeles Institute to visit Emma and The Blackthorns. Emma is Jems cousin If you think about it.

Jem was driving and Tessa was sitting in the passenger seat when Jem said Tessa what are we going to do when we get there? Jem we will figure it out when we get there, Tessa responded not unkindly.

Ok Tessa I trust you. They were on their way to the airport to catch their plane from New York Jocelynn had a beautiful wedding and her daughter looked just like her. Tessa and Jem spent four years living in New York but Tessa decided it was time to go to L.A

Once they were on the plane Jem started up a conversation. Hey Tessa you could have introduced yourself to Jace and told him who you were, Jem said with a worried look in his eyes. Jem I will tell him when hes ready. Tessa,Jem replied, When hes ready or when you're ready Tess. Both, She said. With that she fell asleep.

Tessa woke up with her head on Jem's shoulder Sleeping Beauty awakens from her sleep, Jem said sweetly. Dont be smart I was tired when did they say we would be landing, Tessa said rubbing her eyes, it didn't matter how old they were he would never get tired of that seeing Tessa wake up he was happy to be back with her he loved her and he always would there were only two people in the whole world who he loved most she was the only one left. What are you staring at she asked. Jem only then realized that he had been staring at her he blushed.

Tessa loved seeing him blush she was happy that he was back she thought about the time she first met when she had heard him playing his violin it sounded beautiful she had knocked on the door and entered Will, he said. Sorry Im Tessa she replied. Oh sorry did I disturb you Im not very good, He looked back at her shyly. No it was wonderful I loved it. Sorry I have not introduced my self Im James Carstairs please call me Jem.

She was snapped back by the sound coming from the speakers it was the flight attendant asking them to buckle their seatbelts and that they would be landing at LAX shortly.

The plane landed within ten minutes of the announcement Tessa was excited to finally meet Emma of course Emma had already met Jem but he went by Zachariah then Tessa was hoping he would explain to her who he was because she felt bad for the girl that thought she was all alone in the world but Jem would tell her when he thought she was ready.

Sorry this chapter is so short I thought that the story would be more interesting if I left it off right there let me know what you think.
