Yankee White Impressions
I look across the bullpen at the Secret Service Agent has that has momentarily joined our team. Kate Todd, I think her name is.
She's not my usual type- she's got balls, she doesn't take any crap from anybody and she's bold and fearless, but she intrigues me. She intrigues me like no woman has ever before. And she's hot, God she's hot- she has bright eyes and a dazzling smile, she's small and slender and has, from what I can tell, what I can tell, an amazing personality.
Deep in conversation with Gibbs, she's stood by our team's newly vacant desk, looking like the cat that got the cream. She's got the usually stone cold man wrapped around her little finger and she knows it. I can tell from her relaxed body language and sassy attitude that she likes having the upper hand in situations like this.
"Mind if I tag along?" Gibbs asks as I begin to focus more on the actual conversation then the people who're having it. "Please?"
I watch as the eyes of my fellow teammates, Abby Scuito and 'Ducky' Mallard widen- Gibbs never says please to anyone.
"You can," Kate smirks, "your Sig Sauwer can't. We have a rule- no weapons on Air Force One unless you're Secret Service."
With that, Gibbs empties his gun onto his desk and locks it away in his draw before putting on his jacket. Then, he walks over to join Kate. I'm personally shocked- usually, Gibbs doesn't take orders from anybody but his boss, Director Thomas Morrow.
Kate flashes an overly confident (and slightly flirty) smirk in my direction, giving me a cheeky wink as she leaves. My eyes follow her every move, mesmerised by her.
"Keep looking," Gibbs murmurs to Ducky as he too exits the bullpen.
Once they're out of sight, a huge grin spreads across Abby's face. "Wow!" She exclaims, "Gibbs said please."
"Wow," I whisper loudly. Abby and Ducky turn to look at me smugly- they've known me long enough to know that I'm not talking about Gibbs.
A/N: Hey! I was re-watching my favourite episodes from NCIS Season 1 yesterday when I came up with this. It's short and sweet, a filler really, just to fill the time gap while I write Aria Chapter 5! I hope you enjoy this anyway- I like writing tiny oneshots like this!
