Why had he done it?
I was made a fool in front of my companions as the hope held within my heart was shattered with a knife in my side. I believed in you, I thought that I could save you.
Where are you brother?
I searched your eyes for a sliver of sanity and a sea of blue stared back, consumed with power and madness. Green with mischief no more. You knowingly destroyed the realm I loved, your heart full of hatred.
My hope for your return is gone.
You have broken my trust and I will not trust you again.
My brother is dead, only a monster remains.
Though my hope has faded, there is one who still holds it.
Perhaps she will reach you, Loki.
Perhaps she can pull back the veil of madness that has taken your soul.
Her healing words have mended us more often than not, and perhaps a mother's hope is what is needed to resurrect the brother I once knew.
